the ACN web site |
Arts Council of Northumberland
The Arts Council of Northumberland
is a coalition of organizations that sponsor, promote
and support cultural activities in Northumberland County,
Ontario. The groups are affiliated with Theater, Music,
Film, Heritage, Visual Arts, Literary Arts, and Arts and
Crafts.
With over 80 member organizations and hundreds of events taking place throughout
the county, it was extremely important that the website be easy to navigate
and simple to find information on. Aestical appeal was also important. The
website is such as success that the ACN stopped publishing its bimonthly
calendar of events and use the website as the only means of communicating
with its public. |

Theories - It's A Game
This site for the party game "Theories" provides
the reference sources for the game's always interesting
and sometime whacky theories. The website colors and
textures were chosen to match the game packaging to ensure
a consistent brand identity across all media. The loose
layout was designed to highlight the product and to suggest
a good time.
Technically, the site uses PHP and a MySQL database of reference sources
for the game's theories. |
