Throughout the Studio's process
of designing and developing a web site, there is one goal in
clear and constant focus - ensuring that the web site supports
the client's business goals. This means that a necessary first
step is to understand the client's business strategy - where
the business is now, where it is going, and how it will get there.
The business strategy and goals determine the nature of the
web presence needed. Once that is established, the Studio will
develop a plan for implementing a web site that helps achieve
those goals over time - via affordable, incremental steps. Web
site design and development fulfill the plan, and build a means
of measuring whether the web site is achieving results in accordance
with the plan.

mean that he cannot understand and deal with your non-technical
